Caio is a DJ and music producer who is a leading figure in São Paulo's vibrant funk scene. Hailing from Jardim Miriam, a neighborhood in the city’s south zone, he embodies the spirit of his culture in his music. With over 1 million monthly listeners on Spotify and 80,000 Instagram followers, he has become a key name in bruxaria, a genre that exploded globally in 2024.
His hit "Botano (Útero Baixo)" gained over 19 million streams in just four months, going viral and solidifying his place in the scene. Caio has toured 18 shows across 8 countries, performed on top radio stations like NTS and Rinse FM.
Caio just wrapped up his tour with Giroloco, hitting Boorloo Perth, Gold Coast, Naarm, Melb and finishing his last show right here in Eora/Syd. And let me tell you—if you missed out, it was a night for the history books in so-called Australia, with 1,000 people coming together to experience the real essence of baile funk culture.
