Drawing influence from the oxidation of copper and bronze metals, Patina bridges the gap between the natural and mechanical. Blending warm familiar rhythms with unpredictable electronica, Patina is an exploration of soundscapes which soothe and challenge in equal measure. We invite the listener and contributor to reflect on the passing of time and inevitable interplay of erosion and regeneration. Together, we will share sonic moodboards that tell stories of love, loss and dreaming through unpredictable and organic experimentation.
