INSIDE/OUT
INSIDE - Today's pick for all ya'll homebodies is to stay inside and watch the (1965), animated film based on the 1884 novella by Edwin A. Abbott. It explores a two-dimensional world inhabited by geometric shapes, where societal status is determined by the number of sides a shape has. The protagonist, a square, learns of the existence of higher dimensions, challenging his understanding of reality. The story critiques Victorian social hierarchy and explores themes of ignorance, limited perspective, and the nature of dimensions. It has influenced discussions in mathematics, physics, and philosophy, particularly in relation to multidimensional space. Watch here - Watch Here on Youtube for Free
