𝒻𝑒𝒶𝓉𝓊𝓇𝒾𝓃𝑔...

Fresh Sydney power pop from Dumbells, a group made up of members of all your favourite sydney bands like Shrapnel, Sachet, VIPP, Tee Vee Repairman, Satanic Togas, etc…

Some nice ambient electronic music in the opener from Bill Kill's 8 Tracks About Dreams. Reminds me of a lot of music from labels like 3XL; spacious, airy highs and deep lows.

Pensive synthy musique concrete from Deplete.

Worker (Set-Top Box), a song that gets stuck in my head on the regular, there's something so infectious about the motoric shuffle of it. Featuring members of Dumbells and Deplete

A re-release of a cassette from 1982 from 'loose' collective Zerox Dreamflesh. Artists, writers, musicians, they made a series of zines and photocopy art and you can kinda hear that attitude translated throughout Parts Unknown.

Recorded live from a crater... one of the more chill excerpts from E-FILE's set at Ballista, 2024.

Back on a loose thread of field recordings and found sounds for this show, a couple of meditative ambient works from akka and ilex.
