Our new Independent Artist of the Week is DUMBHEAD! Dumbhead are an electronic, trip-hop band based in Naarm/Melbourne. Ify sat down with Maayaan and Zac from the band to find out everything from its start as a solo project, taking inspiration from JPEGMAFIA and their new single 'want light!'.

☄. *. ⋆ YABUN FESTIVAL ☄. *. ⋆
Yabun Festival takes place annually on the 26th of January and is the largest community led one-day festival of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, 100% Aboriginal owned and operated. The event features panels, cultural workshops and live performances from artists like Miss Kaninna, No Fixed Address, Dameeeela and SO MUCH MORE
One of the organisers, and host of the Breakfast Show on Koori Radio Tasha joined Ify on air this morning to talk about the origins of the festival, and what it means to local community and what punters can expect this weekend!
